Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night

Image
After an amazing episode last week with a surprising ending with Clueless Night, it was time for the exact same thing again with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night! No, I am not even joking, two episodes in a row this season had unexpected and shocking endings. But I’m getting ahead of myself. I was obviously looking forward to this episode, as not only were we going to see four great singers again, we were also going to see the second Wildcard Contestant of the season. The episode started off in the only way that it could have, with the panelists performing the theme song to the original 1980s cartoon, which makes sense to me, as it’s one of the most iconic theme songs of all time. I think. I don’t know, I wasn’t alive at the time it was on. Much like all the other theme nights centered around pop culture franchises, there were people there in costumes of all the Ninja Turtles, and the panelists and Nick were all dressed up as the characters as well, as Robin was dressed as Raphael, J...

Clueless Night

After another amazing episode last week with Fear Night, it was time for the next episode, Clueless Night! I was looking forward to this episode for a number of reasons, including the fact that we were going to hear several amazing singers again, and we would also be meeting the first Wildcard Contestant of the season.  The episode started off the same way that many episodes with returning contestants begin: with a group performance from all four of them of a song pertaining to that episode’s theme. In this case, the episode started off with the four returning contestants performing Kids In America by Kim Wilde. As I have said many times before, I always enjoy these group performances, as it gives all the contestants a chance to stand out together.  At this point in the episode, Nick announced two very important things, which were that we would be meeting the first Wildcard Contestant of the season, and there would also be a double unmasking. The first performer of the night w...

Fear Night

After an amazing premiere last week, it was time for the next episode, which was Fear Night! I was greatly looking forward to this episode, as unlike how many of the recent seasons have worked, we were going to meet five new contestants, as opposed to seeing the contestants we had just seen last week with maybe one wildcard contestant. I was also intrigued by two contestants due to the trailers, but I’m getting ahead of myself. I’ll address them when I get to them. The episode literally picked up where the premiere ended, which was the unmasking of The Croissants. If you remember anything from my writeup of the premiere, you probably remember who I said they were. Well, everybody was right, as The Croissants were revealed to be Todd & Julie Chrisley. I am sure that a million thoughts are going through all of your heads right now, so I’m just going to leave it at this. This has got to be the first instance of a real life example of the Family Guy quote of someone who has been proble...

Season 14 Premiere

Image
After eight very long months, multiple changes of seasons, and an entire new year, it was finally time for Season 14 of The Masked Singer to premiere! To say that I was excited would be an understatement, as they had chosen to take the fall off, so this made it feel even more special as a result. And every trailer they released, as well as each piece of information they released got me even more excited. The episode started off with the only way that made sense: a performance from all four panelists of one of the biggest songs of 2025 from one of the biggest movies of 2025, Golden from K-Pop Demon Hunters.  From there, it was explained how the episode was going to work.  There were going to be a total of five face-offs on the episode, and there would be one winner and one loser at the end of each of them, and from there, the two contestants with the least amount of votes would be unmasked. The first face-off of the night was Galaxy Girl vs Handyman. In Galaxy Girl’s clue packa...
