Three Celebrities Perfect For The Masked Singer

I have come up with three more celebrities that I feel would be perfect for The Masked Singer! As always, I hope that you agree with who I think should do the show and why they would be great for it.

The first celebrity that I feel would be great for the show is actress, singer, and dancer Sutton Foster. As I have said before, the show has had very few celebrities that are known primarily for their work on Broadway, and I feel that she would be a great person to represent this category. She also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as she has been nominated for two Critics’ Choice Awards, nominated for a Teen Choice Award, nominated for a Grammy Award, and nominated for seven Tony Awards with two wins. She also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as she appeared in an episode of the Playhouse Disney show “Johnny and the Sprites,” appeared in three episodes of the show “Flight of the Conchords,” appeared in an episode of the show “Royal Pains,” starred in the show “Bunheads,” appeared in an episode of the show “Psych,” appeared in the movie “The Angriest Man in Brooklyn,” appeared in the movie “Gravy,” appeared in an episode of the show “Mad Dogs,” appeared in an episode of the mini-series “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life,” appeared in an episode of the show “A Million Little Things,” voiced a character in four episodes of the show “Doc McStuffins,” voiced a character in an episode of the show “Vampirina,” starred in the show “Younger,” voiced characters in sixteen episodes of the show “Ridley Jones,” appeared in an episode of the show “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” voiced characters in nine episodes of the show “Solar Opposites,” has been at the Tony Awards several times, performed at Christmas in Rockefeller Center one year, was a guest judge on an episode of the show “Project Runway All Stars,” was on two episodes of “Sesame Street,” was on an episode of the show “Home & Family,” performed at the Kennedy Center Honors more than once, was a panelist on an episode of “Match Game,” was on an episode of “The Wendy Williams Show,” and was on an episode of “Beat Bobby Flay.” She also has a ton of Broadway experience as she has starred in “Grease,” “Annie,” “Les Miserables,” “Thoroughly Modern Millie,” and many other shows. All these fun shows and movies that she has been a part of could increase her chances of being a contestant. She also has a great singing voice, as the website Singing Carrots says that she is known for her Broadway belt technique and her clear soprano range, as well as her combination of chest and head voice. With these vocal qualities and the right song choice, she could go far in the show. I can see her going for songs like “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend” by Marilyn Monroe, “Feeling Good” by Nina Simone, and “A Million Dreams” by Pink.

The second celebrity that I feel would be perfect for the show is actress and comedian Caroline Rhea. Every season, the show has one or more celebrities that are there to be entertaining, and I feel that she would fit this category perfectly. She also has an accolade that the show loves to have, as she has been nominated for an award from the Online Film & Television Association. She also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as she appeared in two episodes of “The Drew Carey Show,” appeared in an episode of the show “The Nanny,” appeared in the movie “Ready to Rumble,” appeared in an episode of “The Chris Isaak Show,” voiced a character in an episode of the show “Fillmore,” starred in the show “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” appeared in the movie “Christmas with the Kranks,” appeared in the movie “The Perfect Man,” appeared in three episodes of the show “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody,” appeared in an episode of the show “Baby Daddy,” appeared in an episode of the show “Maron,” appeared in an episode of the show “2 Broke Girls,” starred in the show “Sydney to the Max,” appeared in two episodes of the show “Lopez vs. Lopez,” voiced a character in an episode of the show “The Boss Baby: Back in the Crib,” voices a main character in “Phineas and Ferb,” was a panelist on 354 episodes of “Hollywood Squares,” was a contestant on two episodes of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire,” hosted her own talk show for one season, was a contestant on “Celebrity Poker Showdown,” hosted “The Biggest Loser” for a while, was on two episodes of the show “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List,” was a contestant on the show “Celebrity Food Fight,” was part of the Roast of Alec Baldwin, was a panelist on a few episodes of the show “Nashville Squares,” was a contestant on two episodes of “Celebrity Family Feud,” was a panelist on 21 episodes of “Match Game,” was a panelist on an episode of “To Tell the Truth,” was a contestant on an episode of “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune,” was on an episode of “The Wendy Williams Show,” was a contestant on 26 episodes of the game show “25 Words or Less,” was on an episode of the podcast “Hi Jinkx with Jinkx Monsoon,” was a contestant on 84 episodes of the game show “Funny You Should Ask,” and was on an episode of the show “After Midnight.” She also has experience working with Fox, as she was a contestant on an episode of “Celebrity Name That Tune,” which could increase her chances of being a contestant. While there is no footage of her singing on the internet, I can see her going for fun 80s pop songs like “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” by Cyndi Lauper, “Vacation” by The Go-Gos, and “Walk Like an Egyptian” by The Bangles.

The third celebrity that I feel would be perfect for the show is singer and actress Hayley Kiyoko. The show has already had many other pop singers that got their start in the 2010s as contestants, like Tori Kelly and Bishop Briggs, and I feel that she would be a great addition to this category. She also has a few accolades that the show loves to have, as some of her albums and singles landed fairly high on the charts, a gold single, and was nominated for two MTV Video Music Awards with one win. She also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as she appeared in two episodes of the show “Unfabulous,” starred in the TV movie “Scooby-Doo! The Mystery Begins” and its sequel “Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster,” appeared in four episodes of the show “Wizards of Waverly Place,” appeared in the movie “Lemonade Mouth,” appeared in the movie “Hello, My Name Is Frank,” appeared in the movie “Jem and the Holograms,” appeared in an episode of the show “Insecure,” appeared in the music video for the Taylor Swift song “You Need to Calm Down,” appeared in an episode of the show “Life by Ella,” was on an episode of the show “So Random,” was a musical guest on an episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” was a musical guest on an episode of “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” was on an episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” was a contestant on the show “RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race,” was on an episode of the Nickelodeon show “Unfiltered,” was a guest judge on an episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” was a guest on an episode of the podcast “Wizards of Waverly Pod,” and was on two episodes of “Good Morning America.” All these fun shows and movies that she has been a part of could increase her chances of being a contestant. She also has a great singing voice for a variety of pop songs, and if she picks the right ones, she could go far in the show. I can see her going for songs like “Espresso” by Sabrina Carpenter, “Without Me” by Halsey, and “Lose You to Love Me” by Selena Gomez. When she gets unmasked, it would be great to hear her sing her song “Girls Like Girls.”

I hope you all enjoyed reading this blog post, and I’ll see you all soon with three more celebrities!
