Three Celebrities Who Should Be On The Show

I have come up with three more celebrities that I feel would be perfect for The Masked Singer! As always, I hope that you agree with who I think should do the show and why they would be great for it.

The first celebrity that I feel would be perfect for the show is Victor Garber. The show has had a lot of actors who can sing as contestants, and I feel that he would be a great addition to this category as he also has a ton of stage credits. He also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as he has been nominated for six Emmy Awards and four Tony Awards. He also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as he was in a TV movie production of the musical “Cinderella,” played Daddy Warbucks in a TV movie production of “Annie,” appeared in an episode of “Frasier,” appeared in “Legally Blonde,” appeared in an episode of “Ugly Betty,” starred in the show “Eli Stone,” voiced a character in the movie “Green Lantern: First Flight,” appeared in two episodes of “Nurse Jackie,” appeared in the movie “You Again,” appeared in an episode of “30 Rock,” voiced a character in “Kung Fu Panda 2,” appeared in an episode of “Modern Family,” appeared in an episode of the show “Difficult People,” appeared in an episode of “Schitt’s Creek,” was part of the DC Arrowverse on The CW, voiced a character in the movie “Wish,” was a panelist on five episodes of “Hollywood Squares,” has been a guest on several talk shows and award shows, and was a celebrity contestant on an episode of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.” He also has experience working with Fox, as he appeared in an episode of “Glee,” voiced a character in an episode of “The Simpsons,” and was in a few episodes of the show “The Orville,” which could increase his chances of being a contestant. His stage credits are also impressive, as he played Jesus in a production of “Godspell,” played Anthony Hope in the original Broadway production of “Sweeney Todd,” and played Applegate in a Broadway revival of “Damn Yankees.” He also has a great singing voice that is perfect for a variety of old pop songs, and if he picks the right ones, he could go far in the show. I can see him going for songs like “Mandy” by Barry Manilow and “Bridge Over Troubled Water” by Simon & Garfunkel.

The second celebrity that I feel would be perfect for the show is actress and singer China Anne McClain. The show has had five celebrities that are former Disney Channel stars as contestants, and I feel that she would be a great addition to this category. She also has a few accolades that the show loves to have, as she was featured on an album and a single that are both certified gold, has a single that is certified Platinum, and has been nominated for four NAACP Image Awards with one win. She also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as she starred in the movie “Grown Ups” and its sequel, starred in the Disney Channel show “A.N.T. Farm” and appeared in several other shows on the network, stars in the Disney Channel movie series “Descendants,” appeared in the movie “Hubie Halloween,” starred in The CW show “Black Lightning,” starred in the show “House of Payne,” was part of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade one year, was part of the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade one year, was part of the Hollywood Christmas Parade two years in a row, was on an episode of “Home & Family,” was a contestant on the show “Sing Your Face Off,” was a guest judge on an episode of “Project Runway,” was on an episode of “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” and was on an episode of “The Drew Barrymore Show.” She also has experience working with Fox, as she guest starred in an episode of “9-1-1: Lone Star,” which could increase her chances of being a contestant. She also has a great singing voice for a variety of pop songs, and if she picks the right ones, she could go far in the show. I can see her going for songs like “Fallin’” by Alicia Keys, “Love on the Brain” by Rihanna, and “Halo” by Beyonce.

The third celebrity that I feel would be perfect for the show is Phillip Phillips. The show has had several past “American Idol” contestants on the show, and had a past winner last season with Ruben Studdard, so I think he would be perfect for both reasons. He also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as he has a Platinum album, a single that is certified Platinum, and one single that is certified 4x Platinum and is the best-selling coronation song in “American Idol” history. He has also been nominated for an American Music Award, two Billboard Music Awards, and four Teen Choice Awards. He also has experience taking part in fun shows, as he appeared in an episode of “Hawaii Five-0,” was a performer on an episode of “Access Hollywood,” was a musical guest on an episode of “Late Show with David Letterman,” performed at the National Christmas Tree Lighting one year, performed at the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade one year, was on an episode of “The Soup,” was a musical guest on an episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” was on an episode of “Nikki & Sara Live,” was on two episodes of “Big Morning Buzz Live,” was on two episodes of “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” was a musical guest on an episode of “Conan,” was a musical guest on three episodes of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” was a performer at the 2014 NHL Awards, performed at A Capitol Fourth one year, was a guest on “Good Morning America” twice, performed at the National Memorial Day Concert one year, was a musical guest on “Today” twice, and was a musical guest on “Live with Kelly” eight times. He also has experience working with Fox, as he won Season 11 of “American Idol,” returned as a guest for the fifteenth season, and has performed at the Fox & Friends All American Summer Concert Series several times, which could increase his chances of being a contestant. He also has a great singing voice, as the website Singing Carrots says that he uses a mix of folk, blues, and rock in his singing, and can convey emotion through his voice. With these vocal qualities, and if he picks the right pop rock songs, he could go far in the show. I can see him going for songs like “How to Save a Life” by The Fray, “I Will Wait” by Mumford & Sons, and “Ants Marching” by The Dave Matthews Band. When he gets unmasked, it would be great to hear him sing his song “Home.”

I hope you all enjoyed reading this blog post, and I’ll see you all soon with three more celebrities!
