Three Celebrities Who Should Do The Show

We have come up with three more celebrities that we feel would be perfect for The Masked Singer! As always, we hope that you agree with who we think should do the show and why they would be great for it.

The first celebrity that we feel would be perfect for the show is India Arie. The show has had many R&B singers that got their start in the 2000s, and we feel that she would be a great singer to represent this category of contestant. She also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as all her albums landed high on the R&B/hip hop and R&B charts, one was certified gold, one was certified Platinum, and one was certified 2x Platinum, and she has several singles that also landed high on the R&B charts as well. She has also been nominated for eighteen NAACP Image Awards with four wins, nominated for five Soul Train Music Awards, nominated for four BET Awards with two wins, and nominated for 23 Grammy Awards with four wins. She also has some theater experience, as she played Nina Simone in a staged reading of the Broadway musical “Soul Doctor.” She also has experience taking part in fun shows and events, as she appeared in an episode of the show “Zoe Ever After,” performed the theme song for “The Tyra Banks Show,” has been a guest at several award shows and talk shows, was a musical guest on an episode of “Saturday Night Live,” appeared in the miniseries “I Love the 80s,” was in three episodes of “Showtime at the Apollo,” appeared in an episode of “Sesame Street,” appeared in an episode of “Blue’s Clues,” was part of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade one year, and was part of the Hollywood Christmas Parade one year. She also has experience working with Fox, as she guest starred in an episode of “The Bernie Mac Show,” which could increase her chances of being on the show. She has also been guessed before, as she was guessed to be The Kangaroo in Season 3, which makes it even more likely that she will be a contestant. She also has a great singing voice, as the website Singing Carrots says that she has a vocal style that blends neo-soul, folk, and R&B influences, has intricate vocal harmonies, vocal runs, and melisma which convey emotions and create complex sounds. With these vocal qualities, she could go far in the show. We can see her going for songs like “If I Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Keys, “As We Lay” by Kelly Price, and “Rain on Me” by Ashanti. When she gets unmasked, it would be great to hear her sing her song “Video.”

The second celebrity that we feel would be perfect for the show is actor Jesse Metcalfe. The show has had many celebrities that you had no idea could sing, and he would be another great celebrity to add to this category. He also has a few accolades that the show loves to have, as he won a Screen Actors Guild Award for being part of an ensemble cast, was nominated for a Soap Opera Digest Award, and was nominated for three Teen Choice Awards with one win. He also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as he is best known for his role on the show “Desperate Housewives,” played John Tucker in the movie “John Tucker Must Die,” starred in the movie “The Other End of the Line,” starred in the reboot of the show “Dallas,” appeared in an episode of the show “2 Broke Girls,” has starred in several TV movies on Hallmark and Lifetime, has been a guest on several talk shows, was on an episode of “Celebrity Poker Showdown,” was on two episodes of “Punk’d,” was a guest on ten episodes of the Hallmark show “Home & Family,” one of which he was a musical guest, was a contestant on “Dancing with the Stars,” was on an episode of “Vanderpump Rules,” and was a contestant on the UK version of “The Masked Dancer.” He also has experience working with Fox, as he was recently a contestant on an episode of “Celebrity Name That Tune,” which could increase his chances of being a contestant on the show. He also has a great voice that is perfect for many soft rock and southern songs, and if he picks the right ones, he could go far on the show. We can see him going for songs like “Runnin’ Down a Dream” by Tom Petty, “Do I Make You Proud” by Taylor Hicks, and “100 Years” by Five for Fighting.

The third celebrity that we feel would be perfect for the show is Craig Ferguson. While this might seem like a strange choice at first, we feel that he would be a great contestant because he has such a fun personality, and he also has a good singing voice. He also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as he has been nominated for a People’s Choice Award, nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award, nominated for four Daytime Emmy Awards with two wins, and he has been nominated for three Grammy Awards. He also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as he is best known for hosting “The Late Late Show,” was in seven episodes of the animated show “Freakazoid,” was in three episodes of the Disney show “Hercules,” was in five episodes of “Buzz Lightyear of Star Command,” was in four episodes of “The Legend of Tarzan,” starred in “The Drew Carey Show,” appeared in the movie “A Series of Unfortunate Events,” guest starred in an episode of “SpongeBob SquarePants,” was in all three “How to Train Your Dragon” movies, guest starred in an episode of “Futurama,” voiced Owl in the movie “Winnie the Pooh,” voiced a character in the movie “Brave,” was in seven episodes of “Hot in Cleveland,” was in four episodes of “Alice’s Wonderland Bakery,” was a contestant on an episode of “Lip Sync Battle,” and was the host of the game shows “Celebrity Name Game” and “The Hustler.” He also has experience working with Fox, as he guest starred in an episode of “American Dad,” appeared in an episode of “Family Guy,” and was recently a contestant on two episodes of “Celebrity Name That Tune,” which could increase his chances of being on the show. He has also been guessed before, as Ken guessed him to be The Eagle in Season 2, which makes it even more likely that he will be a contestant. He also has a singing voice that is perfect for many fun songs, and if he picks the right ones, he could stay on the show for a while. We can see him going for songs like “Who Can it be Now” by Men at Work, “Burning Down the House" by Talking Heads, and “Rock the Casbah” by The Clash.
