Three Celebrities We Want To See On The Masked Singer
We have come up with three more celebrities that we feel would be perfect for The Masked Singer! As always, we hope that you agree with who we think should do the show and why they would be great for it.
The first celebrity that we feel would be perfect for the show is Keith Sweat. The show has only had one R&B singer that got their start in the 1980s so far, and we feel that he would be a great singer to add to this category of contestant. He also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as almost all his albums landed high on the R&B charts, two are certified gold, three are certified Platinum, one is certified 2x Platinum, one is certified 3x Platinum, and one is certified 4x Platinum, and almost all of his singles landed high on the R&B charts as well, with three of them being certified gold and one being certified Platinum. He has also been nominated for six American Music Awards with one win and nine Soul Train Awards with one win that was a Lifetime Achievement Award. He also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as he was on two episodes of “The Wayans Bros.,” appeared in the movie “Love Magical,” was on an episode of “American Bandstand,” was on three episodes of “Showtime at the Apollo,” one of which he guest hosted, has been a guest at several award shows, has been a guest on several late night and daytime talk shows, guest starred on an episode of the show “The Game,” and was a guest at dinner service on an episode of “Hell’s Kitchen.” He also has experience working with Fox, as he guest starred on an episode of “Martin” and in the Tubi original movie “You’re Not Alone,” which could increase his chances of being on the show. He has also been guessed before, as Nicole guessed him to be The Crab in Season 5, which makes it even more likely that he will be a contestant. He also has a great singing voice for many R&B songs, and if he picks the right ones, he could go far in the show. We can see him going for songs like “Can You Stand the Rain” by New Edition, “Shake You Down” by Gregory Abbott, and “Word Up” by Cameo. When he gets unmasked, it would be great to hear him sing his song “Twisted.”
The next celebrity that we feel would be perfect for the show is Christina Perri. The show has had many artists that got their start in the 2010s as contestants, and she would be a great addition to this category. She also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as she has an extended play that landed at 1 on the heatseekers charts, and two albums that landed high on the mainstream charts and were certified gold and Platinum. She also has a few songs that landed high on the Hot 100 and the adult pop airplay charts, one that was certified gold, one that was certified Platinum, one that was certified 3x Platinum, one that was certified 6x Platinum, and one that was certified diamond. She also has experience taking part in fun shows and events, as she has been a musical guest on several late night and daytime talk shows, was a musical guest on “Dancing with the Stars” and two international versions, was part of “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” one year, was part of the Hollywood Christmas Parade one year, was a guest on the podcast “Mama Said with Jamie-Lynn Sigler & Jenna Parris,” and made two guest appearances on the show “Helpsters,” one of which she was a musical guest. She also has experience working with Fox, as she was a guest performer on an episode of “So You Think You Can Dance,” which could increase her chances of doing the show. Her name has also been mentioned on the show before, as during one clue package for The Seahorse in Season 4, one clue made Nicole mention the name Christina Perri, which could make it more likely that she will be a contestant on the show. She also has a great singing voice, as the website Singing Carrots says that she can belt out powerful, emotive notes with ease by using her chest voice to produce a fuller, richer sound, she uses vibrato to add depth and emotion to her singing, and she can use her head voice to produce a lighter, more delicate sound. With these vocal qualities, she could go far in the show and even make it to the finale. We can see her going for songs like “Don’t Know Why” by Norah Jones, “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac, and “Lose You to Love Me” by Selena Gomez. When she gets unmasked, it would be great to hear her sing her song “A Thousand Years.”
The third celebrity that we feel would be perfect for the show is Justin Guarini. The show has already had several past contestants from “American Idol,” and we feel that it’s time for them to have the runner up of the first season. He also has a few accolades that the show loves to have, as he has been nominated for two Teen Choice Awards. He also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as he starred in the movie “From Justin to Kelly,” guest starred on an episode of “Wizards of Waverly Place,” guest starred on an episode of “Blaze and the Monster Machines,” was in twelve episodes of the show “Superkitties,” has been a guest on several late night and daytime talk shows, has been a guest at several award shows, performed at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade one year, was on five episodes of “Hollywood Squares,” was a contestant on the show “Gone Country,” was on an episode of the show “Celebrity Ghost Stories,” and was a performer at the Tony Awards. He also has experience working with Fox, as he was on the first season of “American Idol” and made guest appearances in following seasons and was a judge on the show “American Juniors,” which could increase his chances of being on the show. He has also been guessed several times on the show, as he was guessed to be The Turtle in Season 3, The Crocodile in Season 4, and The S’more in Season 10, which makes it even more likely that he will be a contestant. He also has nineteen theater credits, some of which were regional productions, and some of which were Broadway. He also has a great singing voice, and we feel that if he picks the right songs, he could go to the finale. We can see him going for songs like “Tiny Dancer” by Elton John, “Too Good at Goodbyes” by Sam Smith, and “Careless Whisper” by George Michael.
