Three More Celebrities Who Should Do The Show

We have come up with three more celebrities that we feel would be perfect for The Masked Singer! As always, we hope that you will agree with who we think should do the show and why.

The first celebrity that we feel would be great for the show is R&B singer Joe. The show has already had several R&B singers that got their start in the late 90s and early 2000s, and he would be another great celebrity to add to this category. He also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as almost all his albums landed high on the R&B charts, two of them were certified gold, one was certified Platinum, and another was certified 3x Platinum, and a lot of his songs landed high on the R&B charts as well, and three of them were certified gold. He has also been nominated for a BET Award for Best R&B Male Artist, nominated for a Teen Choice Award, nominated for four Soul Train Music Awards, and he has been nominated for seven Grammy Awards. He also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as he guest starred on an episode of the Nickelodeon show “Taina,” performed at several awards shows over the years, has been a guest on several late night and daytime talk shows, was part of a special called “Britney in Hawaii,” was part of “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2001,” was on four episodes of “Showtime at the Apollo,” was a musical guest on an episode of “Saturday Night Live,” and also appeared in “Def Comedy Jam 25” All these appearances that he has made in TV shows and specials over the years could increase his chances of being a contestant on the show. He also has a great singing voice, as the website Singing Carrots describes him as having impressive range and a bluesy voice mix, expressive raspiness, dynamic phrasing, a soulful melisma, a natural vibrato, using his belting technique in an expressive way, and being able to switch between chest voice and falsetto with ease. These vocal qualities could help him go far on the show. We can see him going for songs like “I Swear” by All-4-One, “Locked Up” by Akon, and “In My Bed” by Dru Hill. When he gets unmasked, it would be great to hear him sing his song “Stutter.”

The second celebrity that we feel would be perfect for the show is Eric Burdon. The show has already had several singers and other celebrities that can be considered legends, and he would be another great singer to add to this category. He was also part of the British Invasion of the 1960s, and it would be cool for the show to have a singer from this legendary time in history. He also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as he has several albums that landed high on the charts in America and even higher in his home country of England, a greatest hits album that was certified gold in America, several singles that charted high in both America and England, one of which was also certified Platinum in England, an album and a single with War that both landed high on the charts, and his band The Animals also won an NME Award for British Disc of the Year. He also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as he was in a TV movie called “The Dangerous Christmas of Red Riding Hood, appeared in a comedy movie called “It’s a Bikini World,” appeared in the movie “The Doors,” appeared in a comedy movie called “Remembering Nigel,” appeared on two episodes of “Late Night with David Letterman,” was the subject of an episode of the show “Behind the Music,” was on an episode of “The Roseanne Show,” was in a comedy documentary called “Plaster Caster,” and performed on an episode of “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.” He is also on the website Cameo, which has many other celebrities that have already been on the show, which could increase his chances of being a contestant. He also has a great singing voice that the website Singing Carrots describes as being gritty and powerful, using screaming and growling, using vibrato, and having a dynamic range where he can transition smoothly between low, mid, and high notes while maintaining control and power. These qualities to his voice could help him stay on the show for a few episodes. We can see him going for songs like “Paint It, Black” by The Rolling Stones, “Let’s Work Together” by Canned Heat, and “Feelin’ Alright” by Joe Cocker. When he gets unmasked, it would be great to hear him sing his song “House of the Rising Sun.”

The third celebrity that we feel would be perfect for the show is actress and singer Bethany Joy Lenz. We feel that she would be perfect for the show because she falls under the same category as recent contestant Janel Parrish, as she is a celebrity that is best known for starring in a popular 2000s teen drama who is also great at singing. She also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as she won a Santa Cruz Film Festival Award for Best Soundtrack, got nominated for a Soap Opera Digest Award, and has been nominated for five Teen Choice Awards. She also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as she appeared in the TV movie “Mary and Rhoda,” appeared in an episode of the show “Off Centre,” appeared in an episode of the show “Maybe It’s Me,” appeared in the movie “Bring It On: Again,” appeared in an episode of the show “Men at Work,” appeared in an episode of the show “Sock Monkee Therapy,” guest starred on two episodes of the Marvel show “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” has been in many movies and shows on the Hallmark Channel, currently hosts a rewatch podcast of her show “One Tree Hill” with two of her former co-stars, and has been a guest on several other podcasts. She also has experience working on stage, as she was in a production of “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” when she was a kid where she played a Munchkin, played Scout in a production of “To Kill a Mockingbird,” played Pinky Tuscadero in a stage production of “Happy Days,” and has been in two special productions of “Cats,” where she performed “Macavity” and “Buenos Aires.” All these roles she has taken and appearances she has made could increase her chances of being a contestant on the show. She also has a great singing voice that would lend nicely to several pop songs, and if she picks the right ones, she could go far in the show. We can see her going for songs like “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri, “Wide Awake” by Katy Perry, and “Skyscraper” by Demi Lovato.

We hope you enjoyed reading this post, and we’ll see you soon with another one!
