Three More Celebrities Who Should Do The Masked Singer

We have come up with three more celebrities that we feel would be perfect for The Masked Singer! As always, we hope that you agree with who we think should do it and why they would be perfect for the show.

The first singer that we feel would be perfect for the show is actress and singer Diana DeGarmo. For those of you who have no idea who that is, she was the runner up on the third season of “American Idol,” and she has since gone on to appear on stage in many musicals. She has also had a little success in her solo career as a singer, as her debut album reached 52 on the charts, and one of the singles on the album reached 14 on the charts. The show has also had many alumni from “American Idol” over the past ten seasons, and she would be a great addition to this category as we feel that she is one of the most underrated contestants that has been on the show, which is shocking for someone who was on one of the early seasons of the show. She also has experience taking part in fun shows and movies, as she has been on shows like “Celebrity Ghost Stories,” “World’s Funniest Animals,” “Gone Country,” “The Fairly OddParents,” several shows and movies on the Hallmark Channel, and she has also been a guest at the Hollywood Christmas Parade several times, which could increase her chances of being on the show. Her success following “American Idol” on stage has also been very impressive, as she has been in many productions of many famous musicals over the years, so much so to the point that according to a fan on Reddit, among the Broadway fanbase, she is considered the definitive portrayal of Penny Pingleton in “Hairspray,” even reprising the role in a Hollywood Bowl production. She also has a great singing voice, as the website Singing Carrots says that her voice has a lot of vibrato, can hit powerful high notes with ease, and her ability to bring emotion and feeling to her performances, making the audience connect with the song. These vocal qualities can help her go far in the competition, and possibly even win. We can see her going for songs like “Tell It to My Heart” by Taylor Dayne, “Love Song” by Sara Bareilles, and “We Belong” by Pat Benatar. When she gets unmasked, it would be great to hear her sing her song “Dreams.”

The second celebrity that we feel would be perfect for the show is Akon. The show has had many R&B singers that were popular during the 2000s that are great singers, and he would be a great addition to this category. He also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as he has two Platinum albums, and he also has a ton of singles that have been certified gold and Platinum, several of them more than once, and he has also been a featured artist on several other gold and Platinum singles. He has also been nominated for three American Music Awards with one win, nominated for four Billboard Music Awards with one win, nominated for four Teen Choice Awards with one win, nominated for five MTV VMAs, and nominated for five Grammy Awards. He also has experience taking part in fun TV shows and movies, as he appeared on an episode of the show “Punk’d,” performed at the “Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards,” appeared in the movie “Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping,” appeared in the movie “Miracles Across 125th Street,” and did a song with The Lonely Island. He also has experience working with Fox, as he was a guest mentor on “American Idol” many years ago, which could make it likely that he would do the show. He has also been guessed by Jenny before, which could increase his chances of being a contestant on a future season. The last few weeks of 2023 have also been big for him, as he went on tour in America for the first time in years in November and December. He also has a great singing voice, as the website Singing Carrots says that his voice has a mix of melodic singing and rapping, a smooth flow and rhythm, and being able to sing with emotion and passion. These vocal qualities can help him go far in the competition and possibly make it to the finale. We can see him going for songs like “U Got It Bad” by Usher, “Pony” by Ginuwine, and “Take You There” by Sean Kingston. When he gets unmasked, it would be great to hear him sing his song “Lonely.”

The third celebrity that we feel would be perfect for the show is Rick Springfield. As we have said several times, the show has had very few rock singers over its first ten seasons, and we feel he would be a great singer to represent this genre. He also has several accolades that the show loves to have, as he has several albums that have charted high, one of which is certified gold and four of which are certified Platinum, and several singles that have charted high as well, one of which is certified gold, and he has been nominated for four Grammy Awards with one win. He also has experience taking part in fun TV shows and movies, as he was on an episode of “The Eric Andre Show,” an episode of “CollegeHumor Originals,” an episode of “Johnny Bravo,” an episode of “Hot in Cleveland,” an episode of “Drop Dead Diva,” the movie “Ricki and the Flash,” and an episode of “The Goldbergs.” He has also appeared on fun shows on Fox, as he guest starred on an episode of the show “Duncanville,” appeared on three episodes of “Fox and Friends,” made a cameo appearance on an episode of “Family Guy” where he made fun of himself, and was the musical guest on an episode of “I Can See Your Voice,” which could increase his chances of being on the show. He was also an incorrect guess from Ken this past season, which increases his chances of being on the show even more. He also has a great singing voice, as the website Singing Carrots says that his vocal technique has a high-pitched, energetic sound, a confident and energetic style, a high-pitched voice, a lot of vibrato to add depth and richness to his sound, and falsetto and head voice to employ breathy or nasal tonality. These vocal qualities could help him go far in the competition. We can see him going for songs like “Heat of the Moment” by Asia, “Take Me Home Tonight” by Eddie Money, and “Addicted to Love” by Robert Palmer. When he gets unmasked, it would be great to hear him perform his song “Jessie’s Girl.”

We hope you enjoyed reading this post, and we’ll see you again soon with another one!
